We are hiring for the position of Business Analyst with Pharma Domain Experience for one of our premium clients. Please find the details below :

Position : Business Analyst – Pharma Domain
Experience : 10 to 15 Years
Location : Remote
Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Only

Job Description :

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with strong expertise in the pharmaceutical industry . The ideal candidate should be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business requirements into functional specifications, and support Pharma-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation

Work closely with stakeholders, SMEs, and development teams

Create BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Process Flows

Support product roadmap and solution delivery for pharma-related applications

Contribute to data mapping, system enhancements, and validation

Conduct UAT planning and execution with business teams

Mandatory Skills :

Strong business analyst experience in Pharma / Life Sciences domain

Experience working with global Pharma clients (preferred companies include) :

Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Sanofi, AstraZeneca, GSK, Novartis, Novo Nordisk

Exposure to Regulatory, Clinical, R&D, Commercial, or Drug Safety processes

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have :

Knowledge of GxP, FDA regulations (21 CFR Part 11), Data Privacy & Compliance

Experience working in Agile environment
