We are looking for an experienced SailPoint IdentityNow / IdentityIQ Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, integration, and management of SailPoint solutions to support user lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance needs.
Design, develop, implement, and maintain IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow and / or SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
Configure and manage IdentityNow features such as Lifecycle Events, Access Reviews, Certifications, Provisioning, and Governance
Develop and maintain SailPoint connectors / integrations for various enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP)
Write and maintain rules, workflows, and custom connectors using BeanShell or Java
Work with stakeholders to understand access requirements and ensure proper role modeling and entitlement management
Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint-related issues, ensuring the platforms optimal performance
Perform access certifications, role mining, and SoD (Segregation of Duties) analysis
Document architecture, configurations, processes, and procedures
Stay up to date with IAM industry best practices, technologies, and compliance requirements
Mandatory Skills :
5-6 years of relevant Dev experience in IDAM (Identity & Access Management domain) platform with good understanding of Identity & Access Management solutions with delivery experience(Implementation and support) of complex use cases
Proven experience in SailPoint IdentityNow(SailPoint IIQ) deployments, Operations and Access Certifications.
Onboarding applications into Sailpoint IIQ with different types of connector like Webservice, okta, JDBC, Delimited, SCIM, AD, etc
Creating or modifying Workflows / Email Templates.
Creating and modifying Transforms.
Creating and modifying Connector or Cloud Rules.
Good understanding of Ruby scripts / PowerShell scripts / Java and codin
Developing lifecycle workflows, custom connectors, custom reports, and dashboards
Experience with provisioning, user lifecycle operations, federation, and on - premises integrations
