Roles and Responsibilities
The role at CoWrks is a cross-functional role that play a crucial role in the company’s growth by preparing strategies for revenue maximization and management of CRM (Salesforce) for reporting and analytics. The role would require coordination with internal stakeholders across the country. Thorough understanding and management of revenue systems to continuously improve and optimize existing revenue systems (primarily Salesforce).
- Assist in preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans in consultation with management
- Prepare trends in revenue, expense, capex and other related areas
- Preparation of revenue reports and analysis for internal stakeholders
- Coordinating with the Revenue Team and internal stakeholders for structuring deals
- Preparation of financial models to understand the center’s feasibility
- Liaison with Finance Team for efficient revenue realization
- Co-ordinating with various internal teams – strong verbal and written communication skills
- Preparation of MIS reports
- Tracking competitors
- Prepare inputs for centres feasibility and analyse pricing trends
Preferred qualifications
CA / MBA / CFA with 6-8 years of experience.Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. SQL knowledge is a bonus, but not a necessity.Knowledge of Salesforce would be an added advantageExceptional at unstructured problem solving with a sharp eye for attention to detail and is always on the lookout for a new challenge every day
