What You Should Know About This Job

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Head - Architect to lead and manage the architectural design and execution aspects of our residential, commercial, and industrial / plant projects. The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of architectural experience with a strong background in design coordination, construction , and multidisciplinary team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

Design Coordination :

Lead architectural design development from concept to execution for housing, commercial, and industrial / plant projects.

Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, consultants, and external architects to ensure high-quality, functional, and aesthetically sound designs.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company standards.

Construction Coordination :

Review and coordinate architectural inputs during various construction stages.

Interface with site teams, project management, and contractors to resolve design-related issues.

Monitor construction to ensure design intent is followed and provide technical clarifications.

Project Management & Leadership :

Oversee a team of architects and design professionals, managing workloads, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring deliverables are met.

Work closely with structural, MEP, and planning departments for seamless project integration.

Participate in vendor and material selection aligned with design requirements.

Quality & Compliance :

Conduct regular design and drawing reviews.

Lead value engineering exercises to optimize cost without compromising on design or quality.

Ensure all designs adhere to sustainability and environmental considerations, as applicable.

Key Requirements :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institute.

COA Registration is a must.

Minimum 15 years of experience with a proven track record in handling housing, commercial, and industrial (plant) projects .

Strong understanding of architecture, design systems, building materials, and construction processes.

Excellent coordination skills across multiple disciplines (MEP, structural, civil, interiors).

Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and project management tools.
