Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle PeopleSoft HCM (v9.2, Tools 8.57+) . Candidates with solid BA experience in HCM are also suitable. The role involves requirement analysis, solution design, development, and support for PeopleSoft HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on HCM v9.2 and Image 32+; recommend and implement new features.
• Design and develop custom processes, UI components, and data structures.
• Handle large data processing and integrations (XML / REST).
• Provide functional support for Core HR, Benefits, MSS / ESS .
• Develop using PeopleCode, App Engine, CI, SQR, SQL, App Packages, IB .
• Prepare documentation and support end-to-end SDLC activities.
