Job Title : Senior ServiceNow Type : Full Level : 6 to 8 Summary :
We are looking for a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications with a strong focus on ITSM (IT Service Management) and CSM (Customer Service Management) modules. A sound understanding of ITIL processes is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform across ITSM and CSM modules.
- Customize and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
- Develop custom ServiceNow applications and enhance existing modules based on business
requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Maintain technical documentation for all implementations.Ensure platform stability, security, and performance through best practices and continuous monitoring.Support platform upgrades and patching activities.Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise tools and Skills and Qualifications :Excellent understanding of the below modules :
