Job description

Job Title : Senior ServiceNow Type : Full Level : 6 to 8 Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications with a strong focus on ITSM (IT Service Management) and CSM (Customer Service Management) modules. A sound understanding of ITIL processes is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform across ITSM and CSM modules.
  • Customize and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
  • Develop custom ServiceNow applications and enhance existing modules based on business

requirements.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Maintain technical documentation for all implementations.
  • Ensure platform stability, security, and performance through best practices and continuous monitoring.
  • Support platform upgrades and patching activities.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise tools and Skills and Qualifications :
  • Excellent understanding of the below modules :

  • CSM - Customer Service Management
  • ITSM - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management,
  • Service Portal, Service Catalog

  • ServiceNow Glide API Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS
  • Experience in 3rd party integrations using REST, Qualifications :
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Developer certification
  • Experience in Agile or Scrum development environments
  • Experience in CMDB, Discovery, or Service Catalog is a plus
