Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing reconciliations, and supporting accurate financial reporting through MIS. The role requires a hands-on working knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Excel, and a solid grasp of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accounts payable and receivable ledgers
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reconciliations
• Prepare and update MIS reports for internal management review
• Record and process journal entries, vendor bills, and customer invoices
• Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and documentation
• Assist in audit preparation and ensure compliance with statutory norms
• Maintain accurate documentation of financial transactions
• Monitor overdue receivables and follow up for timely payments
