The Job

Key Responsibilities :

  • Reach out to potential clients (property seekers, investors, businesses) through calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable property solutions.
  • Follow up on leads, maintain engagement, and nurture client relationships to close deals.
  • Coordinate with the field sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and use CRM tools to track interactions and sales progress.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • The Profile

    Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside / B2B sales.
  • Prior experience working with aggregator platforms (real estate portals, proptech, or other online marketplaces) is mandatory .
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
