Xactly Developer - Data Integration

Job descriptionDesign, develop, configure, and maintain incentive compensation plans within the Xactly Incent platform based on business requirements. Develop and manage ETL processes using Xactly Connect to integrate data from various source systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) into Xactly Incent. Create and implement custom extensions and functionalities using Xactly Extend to meet unique business needs not covered by standard configurations. Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, reporting, and troubleshooting within the Xactly environment. Collaborate with sales operations, finance, and other stakeholders to understand compensation plan designs and translate them into technical configurations. Perform thorough testing of compensation plans, calculations, and integrations to ensure accuracy and compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Xactly Incent, Xactly Connect, and Xactly Extend. Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and custom developments. Provide support for user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation activities. Stay updated with the latest features and best practices within the Xactly Incent ecosystem.

Shift Timings : 10 AM - 7 PM IST
Work Mode : Contract-to-Hire (C2H)
Job Summary :
The Xactly Developer will be responsible for the technical implementation and ongoing support of our sales incentive compensation plans within the Xactly Incent platform. This role involves configuring compensation plans, developing data integrations, creating custom solutions, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of commission calculations.
Required Skills :
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Xactly Incent.
- Strong knowledge of Xactly Connect for ETL development, including experience with data source configuration, data mapping, transformations, and scheduling.
- Experience with Xactly Extend to build custom solutions, extending the core functionalities of Xactly Incent.
- Proficiency in SQL and data handling, including writing complex queries, understanding database schemas, and data manipulation.
- Solid understanding of incentive compensation processes and workflows, including quota management, commission calculations, payouts, and dispute resolution.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
