Role : Salesforce Pardot Consultant / Developer

Type : Full Time

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)

Experience : 5+ years

Time zone : Regular IST Hours

Responsibilities :

  • 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Pardot and Salesforce CRM
  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing automation strategies and campaign management
  • Experience in HTML / CSS for email template customization
  • Hands-on expertise with Engagement Studio, Automation Rules, and Dynamic Content
  • Configure SMS Magic integration with Pardot and Salesforce Sales Cloud using AppExchange connectors / API
  • Set up real-time SMS triggers for Pardot automations
  • Map SMS data fields (e.g., opt-ins, responses, click-throughs) for bidirectional sync between Pardot and Salesforce, ensuring real-time or batch updates as needed.
  • Build custom dashboards in Salesforce / Pardot for SMS metrics (delivery rates, opt-outs, open rates, click-throughs) using standard reporting tools.
  • Email Development and Campaign Support
  • Support the client’s internal team in testing and optimizing migrated SFMC email templates in Pardot for newsletters, promotional blasts, drip campaigns, triggered emails, and reminders.
  • Implement minor dynamic content and personalization (e.g., first name, property interest) for email campaigns, with TBD variations per email type.
  • Integrate Pardot forms or tracking into WordPress-based landing pages for lead capture, call scheduling, and content engagement, ensuring seamless data flow to Salesforce.
  • Develop a custom unsubscribe and preferences page in Pardot with branded design and partial opt-out options
  • IP Warming expertise with hands on experience in leading IP warming, segmentation
  • Proficient in reporting tools : Pardot Reports, Salesforce Reports & Dashboards
  • Familiarity with API integration, lead routing, and third-party connectors is a plus
  • Pardot or Salesforce certifications (e.g., Pardot Specialist or Consultant) highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist / Consultant
  • Experience with B2B SaaS or Tech marketing teams
