Job Title : Talent Acquisition Manager – US Recruitment (12–15+ Years Experience)

Overview :

Seeking a seasoned TA leader with 12–15+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, including strong exposure to blue-collar hiring in the US market. The role requires managing large teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring high-quality delivery in a US shift (EST / PST) environment.

Key Requirements :

• 12–15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition; strong hands-on end-to-end recruitment.
• Expertise in US hiring, especially blue-collar roles.
• Flexibility to work US shifts and manage teams working 7 days / week in rotation.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal & people management skills.
• High energy, passion, and demonstrated ability to meet recruitment targets.
• Neutral accent preferred; strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Proficiency in MS Office; strong reporting & data analysis skills.
• Experience with job boards like Dice, Career Builder, Monster, and sourcing techniques including Boolean search.
• Experience working with US candidates & stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :
