• Windows PlatformExpertise : oProficiency with Windows-based development environments andtools oExperiencewithWindows Serveroperating systems (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019)
• SQLServerExpertise : o5+ years ofexperiencewithSQLServer development, performancetuning, andoptimizationoIn-depthknowledgeofSQLServerfeatures, including T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and indexing o Experience with database design, development, and testing.
• C# Knowledge (a plus) : o 2+ years of experience with C# development, preferably in a database-related context o Familiarity with .NET Framework
• Database Development Skills : o Experience with database modeling tools, such as ER / Studio or Visio o Knowledge of database security, backup, and recovery best practices o Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git, TFS)
• Soft Skills : o Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.o Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
