JOB TITLE : Head – Sales & Client Servicing.

Position : Head Business Location : Mumbai (Mumbai) Reporting to : Managing Director 1. To develop and foster a positive image and relationship between the company and the guests, clients and the community. 2. Lead as the Company in the capacity of a Head – Sales & Business Development by entertaining all concerned clients looking at booking the venue for hosting their events. 3. Represent company at various promotional events to garner and promote new and existing Business. 4. Design and implement an annual sales business Plan. 5. The Head Sales & Marketing works closely with the Managing Director to determine appropriate sales strategies in all market segments towards maximizing the Company revenues and Venue sales. He / she is also responsible for a maximum of occupancy of stadium to optimize general business opportunities. 6. The Head Sales & Marketing creates lucrative sales targets and networks business relations to corporate clients, like corporate, event managers and different book services etc. 7. He / she has to observe the market, identity trend and monitor the main competitors. Based on his / her notices he / she creates sales targets depending on the tide of events. 8. Exercise of getting new clients. Getting clients from other venue. DATA BASE management / Identifying. 9. Negotiating with clients on various costs including Venue. 10. Solicit new and existing accounts to meet / exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections. 11. Participate in Company sales presentations, property recce and customer meetings. 12. Prepare, implement and compile data for strategic sales plan, monthly reports, annual goals, forecasts and other reports as directed and / or required. 13. Participate in monthly business review meeting, sales meetings and management meetings. 14. Organize / inspect Client visit at the Stadium 15. Filling the enquiry form after taking the details from client and sending the email to client with details for confirmation. 16. Updating all the queries to Management. 17. Client servicing will be one single point of contact with clients for any and every communication. 18. Client servicing will not say the client that dates are not available and inform M.D. about it. 19. Filling Up Event Particular Form and submit duly signed form to Legal department to execute contracts / agreements. 20. Follow – Up & Ensuring that all documentations and payments are received as per the dedicated timelines from clients. 21. Arranging Event flow meetings with client and respective departments well in advance as mutually discussed. 22. Ensuring their presence in all the events which are being catered by respective person mandatorily. 23. Updating Management on sms or whats app about the final event on day of event with complete details. 24. Ensuring timely event closures. 25. Working closely with Clients for success of the events. 26. Working on certain IP’s where responsibilities are defined on case to case basis. 27. Participate in Company sales presentations and customer meetings. 28. Exercise of getting new clients. Getting clients from other venue. DATA BASE management / Identifying. 29. Archiving the target as set by management.

Payments – Payment Follow – up includes follow up of TDS & GST amounts along with the rental value. Security Deposit. Additional payments (Damages / Parking / Garbage Disposal / Additional AC Usage)
