Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve resort revenue targets.
  • Manage revenue optimization and pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and profit.
  • Lead and supervise the resort sales team; allocate monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Drive corporate, group, and wedding sales—build relationships with key clients and event planners.
  • Oversee the sales process for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events) and special packages.
  • Plan and conduct regular team meetings to review targets, pipeline, and team performance.
  • Monitor sales performance; provide guidance, support, and training to team members.
  • Ensure proper time management and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions to generate leads.
  • Maintain and update sales databases, contracts, and client records.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
