Job description
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve resort revenue targets.
Manage revenue optimization and pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and profit.
Lead and supervise the resort sales team; allocate monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Drive corporate, group, and wedding sales—build relationships with key clients and event planners.
Oversee the sales process for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events) and special packages.
Plan and conduct regular team meetings to review targets, pipeline, and team performance.
Monitor sales performance; provide guidance, support, and training to team members.
Ensure proper time management and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions to generate leads.
Maintain and update sales databases, contracts, and client records.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.
