Languages : Tamil and Kannada with good communication.

Experience : Fresher / Experience

Nature of work : Work from Office.

Rounds of interview : HR, Operations, Client Round

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customers' emails.
• Managing and resolving customer queries / status / complaints.
• Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors.
• Providing products and service information to customers.
