Atlas Systems - Software Project Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Work closely with product managers, engineering, QA, and UX teams to coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and interdependencies.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules and trackers using Azure DevOps, MS Project, or other tools.
• Generate accurate and timely project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Track budgets, resource allocations, and milestone completion to ensure alignment with overall program goals.
• Identify risks and blockers early and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly.
• Facilitate sprint and release planning in coordination with technical leads and Scrum Masters.
• Ensure all documentation, decision logs, and status updates are current and accessible to relevant & Experience :
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMP certified.
• 5- 8 years of experience in project or program coordination within software or product engineering environments.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, MS Project for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering status reports and dashboards for executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and modern software delivery practices.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and distributed environment.
• Experience working across global teams and time zones.
• Experience with SaaS product development and release management.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, cloud platforms, or AI / ML concepts.
