Derivatives - Emerging Lead

Who we are looking for

Desired Candidate with 4-5 years of experience in Derivatives Product (Listed / ETD), good understanding of reconciliation. Good communication & Articulation skills, fair knowledge on Risk and Controls. Team APAC Derivatives team, India.

Why this role is important to us

The team you will be joining is a part of complex Operations within Global Delivery in State Street. Derivatives APAC team is responsible for supporting products like futures and options. Team supports during APAC hrs. across Asia Pacific region in coordination with various upstream and downstream teams throughout the day.

What you will be responsible for

As Senior Associate you will :

• Should have good knowledge, understanding & working experience of Listed derivatives products and reconciliation
• Should have working knowledge of databases like Bloomberg, Reuters, etc
• Excellent communication skills both written as well as spoken
• Attention to details and liaise with concerned teams ensuring daily deliverables are met efficiently
• Investigate breaks if any and follow up till the resolution
• Mentoring new team members
• Work independently and effectively under tight deadlines
