MIS Executive (Immediate Joiner)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive who can join immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting data using Excel and other MIS tools. This role requires strong data management skills, report automation ability, and a proactive approach to supporting business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports .

Create dashboards, summaries, and performance reports using Advanced Excel .

Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources.

Prepare and automate reports using formulas, pivot tables, charts, and macros (if required).

Support management with data-driven insights for decision-making.

Coordinate with internal teams to gather required data and ensure accurate reporting.

Monitor data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies.

Maintain documentation for all reports, processes, and data flow.

Assist in improving data reporting systems and processes.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Pivot Chart, IF conditions, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Power Query preferred).

Good understanding of MIS reporting and data management.

Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data effectively.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Knowledge of Google Sheets, Power BI, or SQL is an added advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce / Management / Data preferred).

1–3 years of experience as MIS Executive or in a similar role.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.
