Job description5+ years of professional PHP development experience. Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, etc.). Proven experience in database optimization , query tuning, and schema design. Strong understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs. Experience mentoring or leading junior developers. Familiarity with Git, CI / CD workflows, and agile development. Self-driven with excellent problem-solving and time-management skills. Good communication skills – able to explain technical issues clearly. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.). Exposure to Docker and containerized environments. Frontend experience (Vue.js, React) is a plus.

Job Summary :
We are looking for a Senior PHP Developer who is highly self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about clean, scalable code. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, especially with PHP (preferably Laravel or similar frameworks), and be confident in mentoring junior developers. A deep understanding of database architecture and optimization is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable PHP applications.
- Lead and guide junior developers through code reviews, best practices, and mentorship.
- Optimize and troubleshoot database queries (MySQL / PostgreSQL), structures, and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of backend systems.
- Write clean, secure, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Participate in system architecture planning and decision-making.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to deployment.
