Role Overview :

Were looking for a V&V Architect to join our Global Product Automation & Validation team.

Youll bring your embedded systems testing expertise to ensure the reliability, safety, and compliance of our software systems used in next-generation rail solutions.

This role is ideal for professionals passionate about software validation, safety standards, and collaborative engineering.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and execute software validation and verification (V&V) for embedded systems in compliance with Safety Integrity Levels (SIL).
• Collaborate with software architects to elaborate and refine software specifications and architecture.
• Prepare, automate, and execute test cases across host and target environments (including stubs and drivers).
• Ensure adherence to software quality processes and standards (CMMI, Modal).
• Work closely with technical leads, hardware designers, and RAMS teams throughout the software lifecycle.
• Support project management in defining resources, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify design issues and propose robust, long-term solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) goals.
