Technical Lead - MERN Stack Development

Job Title : Technical Lead MERN Full Stack (Azure | Microservices | Cloud)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Lead MERN Full Stack to join our high-performing technology team. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in React.js, Node.js, Azure cloud infrastructure, and microservices architecture, along with strong leadership and communication skills. This role will involve direct collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and cloud-native Responsibilities :

• Engage with clients, product owners, and onshore teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, propose effective solutions, and drive full-cycle implementation.
• Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, and the Azure ecosystem.
• Provide hands-on support for existing applications developed in Angular, jQuery, and other client-side frameworks as required.
• Champion best practices in building microservices and RESTful APIs within a microservice architecture.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, including authoring complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Collaborate with DevOps to implement CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, and ensure effective sprint delivery following Agile methodology.
• Utilize tools such as Veracode and Dynatrace for application security and performance monitoring.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, architecture discussions, design validations, and mentoring of junior team Skillset :

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in full-stack application development, with at least 3-4 years in a technical leadership capacity.
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams and manage end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage directly with stakeholders.
• Experience authoring technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and project presentations.
• Demonstrated capability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
• Flexibility to accommodate varying project schedules and time to Have :
• Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and enterprise systems.
