Data Engineer

We run a recruitment agency and help our clients hire top 1% talent.

We are currently hiring Database Architect to write, review, and validate prompt-based questions designed to train AI systems.

Overview

Pay – $70–$90 per hour

Flexible workload – 10–20 hours per week, with the potential to scale up to 40 hours

Fully remote & asynchronous – work on your own schedule

Duration – Minimum 1–2 months, with the possibility of extension

About the Role

Your expertise in database architecture , data modeling , query optimization , and enterprise-scale design will help ensure each prompt is technically accurate, scalable, and aligned with best practices. We welcome professionals with experience in relational, NoSQL, and cloud-native databases to contribute to high-quality AI training materials. This is a unique opportunity to shape how modern AI models understand, generate, and reason about data systems.

You’re a strong candidate if you :

• Strong experience in database architecture or engineering
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical field
• Have hands-on expertise in one or more of the following : Relational database design and normalization, NoSQL database systems (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra), Schema optimization and data modeling, Scalability, replication, and backup / restore architecture
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and technical precision
