The Role :
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Contingent Workforce Consultant to support our
contingent labor strategy across contractor hiring, supplier engagement, data governance, and
vendor management office (VMO) operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Contractor Hiring & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to internal clients on contingent workforce planning and requisition
management.
Facilitate intake calls and manage the end-to-end hiring lifecycle for temporary, contract,
and freelance roles.
Ensure hiring processes comply with rate cards, approval workflows, and classification
policies.
Support onboarding and offboarding of contingent workers in collaboration with suppliers
and hiring managers.
Monitor requisition fulfillment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, hiring manager satisfaction)
and drive improvements.
Supplier & Vendor Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing vendors and consulting firms in the
contingent talent ecosystem.
Conduct regular supplier reviews (QBRs) to assess performance and alignment with SLAs.
Resolve supplier-related escalations or delivery issues.
Data Governance
Ensure data accuracy across all contingent workforce records, requisitions, and assignments.
Generate dashboards and reports on contingent labor metrics (spend, headcount, tenure,
cost savings, etc.).
Track key program indicators to support strategic planning and business reviews.
Skills Required :
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities using Excel, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
Knowledge of contingent labor regulations and worker classification practices.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in contingent workforce management, staffing, or vendor
management roles.
Prior experience managing an MSP program or working within an MSP / VMS framework.
Familiarity with VMS platforms (SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, Workday, etc.) and Ariba required.
