Job descriptionDefine and execute an integrated marketing and business‑development strategy to increase patient volumes across priority specialty services. Plan and run performance marketing campaigns (SEO / SEM, paid search, social advertising) to generate qualified leads and appointment bookings. Design patient acquisition funnels and manage CRM-driven nurture sequences, referral programs, and conversion optimization. Lead brand, PR, and community outreach initiatives — physician engagement, health camps, local events, and partnerships to build trust and referral pipelines. Manage vendor agencies, media buys, and marketing budget; track campaign ROI and present actionable dashboards to clinical and leadership teams. Build and mentor a small marketing team; establish processes for content, digital ops, and reporting to scale initiatives efficiently.
