Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Chennai. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for assisting and supporting in HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with all HR processes.

The role will involve engaging with employees, addressing concerns, fostering a positive work culture, and improving HR systems and practices to enhance organizational performance.

Work experience in academic institutions is a priority.

Salary upto Rs. 30,000 / month.
