Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Marketer located in Mumbai. We're seeking a data-driven Growth Marketer to accelerate market expansion and drive revenue growth through integrated marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies (SEO, SEM, content, social media, email, partnerships)
• Build scalable lead generation programs targeting enterprise clients across key verticals
• Own marketing KPIs : CAC, LTV, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and ROI
• Create compelling content (case studies, whitepapers, blogs, webinars) demonstrating AI / ML thought leadership
• Optimize website, manage social presence, and execute ABM strategies
• Collaborate with sales team on enablement, collateral, and lead qualification
• Plan and execute industry events, partnerships, and co-marketing initiatives
• Implement tracking, attribution, and A / B testing frameworks
