Design Architect

Company Description NEO19 Collaborative , is Design Consultant and Building Services Advisory, PMC Consultant and D&B Executors, with collective experience of 40+ years across most sectors of building construction. our design approach is driven by the desire to deliver buildings which are efficient to context and perform well in aesthetic, architectonic & spatial experience. In Design & Execution Management, we employ tried & tested copybook techniques & so too methods developed from exhaustive ground experience. We are based in Pune & geared up to deliver pan-India and selectively in the international domain too.

Role Description This is a full-time In office role for an Design Architect. The Design Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing Industrial / Commercial Design & construction projects to meet client need and budget. The Architect will also collaborate closely with project managers, Allied Services engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and successful project delivery. You will be working from Pune HO with frequent travel for site visits.

Qualifications Strong Communication Skills & Ability to Perform in Cross Functional Teams Architecture and Architectural Design skills Proven experience in architecture with emphasis on design and project management. Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness Excellent computer skills including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture Organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Min 4-5 years , Preferably in Industrial / Commercial / Institutional Architecture & Interior Design / Detailing.
