The Fitter is responsible for the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment at our chemical plant in Lote. This includes troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical problems, as well as fabricating and installing new parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles, as well as experience in a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities :
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical problems
- Fabricating and installing new parts
- Maintaining machinery and equipment to ensure they are in good working order
- Working with other maintenance personnel to ensure the smooth operation of the plant
- Complying with all safety regulations
