Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Tech Architect AI Business Process Automation to lead the design development and deployment of AI-driven automation solutions across all departments of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI / ML business process reengineering and enterprise systems integration with the ability to architect scalable secure and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and own the end-to-end AI architecture strategy for business process automation across departments (e.g. HR Finance Sales Operations Supply Chain).
• Identify automation opportunities by working closely with business leaders and process owners.
• Architect scalable and modular AI / ML solutions including intelligent document processing predictive analytics chatbots RPA and NLP-based workflows.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems (ERP CRM DMS etc.).
• Lead the evaluation and selection of appropriate AI / ML tools platforms and frameworks.
• Ensure AI systems are secure compliant and aligned with data governance policies.
• Collaborate with internal development teams data engineers and external vendors to deliver high-impact projects.
• Define best practices and technology standards for AI automation across the organization.
• Mentor technical teams and support capability building for AI and automation.
