What we are looking for : Servicenow developer

Location : Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata

Interview Mode : Virtual mode (Microsoft Teams)

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and ITSM modules, Integrations, GRC Module, with a strong background in scripting (JavaScript)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead meetings, manage expectations, and drive consensus
• Design, code, test, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and integrations, ensuring adherence to development best practices.
• Develop and document new process flows, workflows, and governance models to meet evolving business requirements.
• Optimize and refactor existing ServiceNow catalog items and business processes to enhance performance and consistent user experience.
• Project Management & Execution :
• Serve as the technical lead on the ITSM modernization project.
• Manage code promotion processes across development, testing, and production environments, following internal best practices and standards.
