Position : Lead AI / ML Engineer

What You Will Do :

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI / ML and GenAI-based solutions to solve real-world business problems. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

• Lead end-to-end development of AI / ML models including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Architect and implement scalable ML pipelines using tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or Azure ML.
• Design and develop solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.), and prompt engineering techniques.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and business impact using MLOps practices.
• Work on NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics use cases depending on the project need.
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in AI / ML and implement relevant innovations into ongoing projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews, architecture decisions, and model governance practices.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and ethical AI standards.
• Document models, pipelines, and workflows for maintainability and reusability.
