We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented HR Executive -Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team. This role ffers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, employer branding, and candidate engagement.

Technical Skills :

  • Google workspace & use of excel for data tracking
  • Job portals & platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor
  • Maintaining recruitment dashboards, analysing hiring metrics, creating reports in google sheet

    • Job Objectives & Responsibilities :

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles.
  • Source potential candidates through job portals, social media & employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Conduct preliminary screening calls, schedule assessment tests and ensure positive candidate experience during the complete recruitment cycle.
  • Coordinate with the candidates & hiring managers for scheduling the interviews to ensure smooth interview process.
  • Maintain & update candidates' databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms.
  • Support onboarding of new hires ensuring exceptional candidate experience.
  • Travel to campuses for conducting assessment tests & sourcing talent to meet annual workforce numbers.

    • Qualification & Experience : BTech / Bachelor's or equivalent + MBA in HR / Business Management(Desirable), 0-2 Years of work experience
