Stepcare is a UK-inspired, primary-care-first clinic in Whitefield offering OPD memberships for individuals, couples and families. We integrate GP, pediatrics, women’s health, mental health, diagnostics, pharmacy and chronic care under one roof and one membership.

Role Summary

You will work closely with the Founder / Medical Director to drive strategy, business growth and clinic performance. This is a high-ownership role spanning Founder’s Office, business development and on-ground operations.

Strategy & Founder’s Office

Translate vision into 3–12-month strategic plans and key initiatives.

Conduct market, competition and customer analysis to refine membership and pricing.

Build and review monthly business dashboards (revenue, memberships, utilization, patient experience).

Business Development & Growth

Own membership enrolment and renewal targets.

Drive partnerships with apartment societies, schools, corporates and local businesses.

Plan and execute on-ground events and campaigns with clear lead → membership funnels.

Coordinate with digital marketing partners for performance-oriented campaigns

(Google, social, WhatsApp).

Clinic Operations & Patient Experience

Work with Clinic Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to SOPs.

Monitor and improve key operational KPIs – waiting time, utilization, TAT, no-shows, feedback scores.

Champion patient experience, service recovery and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

Education :

MBA in Healthcare Management from a Tier-1 institute (e.g., ISB, IIMs, top healthcare MBAs) – mandatory.

Experience :

5+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations (hospitals, clinics, health tech, or consulting).

Proven track record in driving projects, scaling initiatives and working with senior leadership.

Skills & Mindset :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort with Excel / Sheets and basic dashboards.

Excellent stakeholder management – able to work with doctors, staff, partners and patients.

High ownership, execution bias and willingness to be hands-on at the clinic.

Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for building a new model of primary care in India.
