⭐ Role Overview

We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Time & Labor (OTL) Techno-Functional Consultant who can independently drive end-to-end OTL configurations, extensions, interfaces, and integrations. The role demands strong hands-on technical and functional skills.

🔧 Mandatory Skills (Techno-Functional)

Functional :

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion OTL
• Expertise in Work Schedules, Time Card Layouts, Time Entry Rules, Time Processing Rules
• Exposure to Absence Management flows
• End-to-end implementation experience (at least 1–2 cycles)
