Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing various HR activities including recruitment and hiring, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves collaborating with department heads to identify and fulfill staffing needs, managing employee benefit programs, and maintaining employee records. Additionally, the HR Manager will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensure company compliance with relevant regulations, and Foster a positive workplace culture.
