Role Description :

The Site Supervisor oversees day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The role involves coordinating workers, monitoring progress, resolving site issues, and supporting the Project Engineer / Manager in achieving project timelines and targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Check and ensure work quality as per drawings, technical specifications, and industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain site safety practices.
• Maintain daily work records, manpower reports, material consumption logs, and site photos.
• Verify material deliveries and ensure proper storage and usage on site.
• Assist in setting out works, marking levels, and executing tasks under the guidance of engineers.
• Report site progress issues, delays, or discrepancies to the Project Engineer / Manager.
• Support quality checks, inspections, and documentation for client / consultant approvals.
• Ensure housekeeping, discipline, and proper workflow at the site.
