MERN stack Developer - III (8+ years)

We are hiring for Senior MERN Full Stack Developers with 8+ years of experience (SDE-III / Principal Engineer).

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience : 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or architect role.
• Solid hands on experience as a Full stack developer in designing and developing scalable applications using Node JS (backend) and React JS on the front end with MongoDB (database). [Mandatory]
• Ecommerce Expertise : Proven track record of designing and scaling ecommerce and marketplace platforms, including multi-vendor capabilities, dynamic pricing models, and global expansion.
• Technical Mastery : Expertise in modern full-stack development (e.g., MERN stack).
• Deep understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems.
• Hands-on experience with headless commerce and composable architecture principles.
• Cloud & Infrastructure :
• Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying scalable and fault-tolerant systems.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architectures.
• Data Management :
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design, optimization, and scaling.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets, data lakes, and analytics pipelines.
• Performance Optimization : Proven ability to enhance system performance, reduce latency, and optimize Core Web Vitals, API latency, and Profiling for ecommerce.
• Security & Compliance : Deep knowledge of implementing security protocols, fraud detection, and compliance with industry standards.
• DevOps : Experience with CI / CD pipelines, monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog), and disaster recovery planning.
• Good to have : Experience in Python OR Java
