Position : Sr. Manager - Procurement
Location : Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu
Experience : 20-25 Years
Industries : Chemical
Responsibilities :
- Planning, Scheduling & procurement for all products in Pune plant.
- Close co-ordination with PPC for monthly MRP execution.
- Coordination with Suppliers for Part Follow up.
- Co-ordination with logistics for parts pick up & delivery.
- Working on BOM extract and scheduling to suppliers.
- Handling commodities like - Chemical commodity, Bearings, Proprietary parts, Hardwares.
- Managing the most complicated and difficult supplier relationships and performance issues.
- To lead a product line & manage supplies with colleagues.
- Working proactively on any new project coming in the plant.
- Maintaining own inventory target Vs actual dashboard.
- Inventory management & Inventory Provision and Obsolescence Reporting and Disposal.
- Working with Central PP&C for timely L2 & L3 escalation.
- Review of Objectives, Focusing on KPIs
- Initiation / execution of Part Transfers-Proto / Spare Parts
- Initiating and Implementing CNH Processes
