Business Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Pune.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals to prospective clients.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and client satisfaction.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking 3-7 years of proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of market research services and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
