Anomaly Agency | Remote | Part-time

We're looking for a Performance Mktg Specialist with 3+ yrs exp to join our team!

You’ll run & optimize paid campaigns on GG Ads & Meta Ads, driving growth & max ROAS. If you love digging into data, testing, and scaling campaigns, this role’s for you.

What you’ll do :

Plan & manage GG (Search, Display, YouTube) & Meta (FB, Insta) ads
Analyze perf data, run A / B tests & optimize creatives
Manage budgets to maximize ROI
Work closely with content & design teams
Track KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) & report results
Stay updated on latest mktg trends & tools

You’ve got :

3+ yrs hands-on exp w / GG & Meta Ads

Strong data & analytical skills

Experience w / GGAnalytics & Meta Business Suite

Ability to juggle multiple campaigns & work independently

Bonus : GG Ads / Meta cert, automation & mobile app campaign exp
