DATA ANALYST (Financial Background) Money Maximising Advisors | Ireland Position Overview Money Maximising Advisors is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong financial knowledge and technical expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, analysing, and integrating business data to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. This role involves working across reporting systems, CRM data, dashboards, automation tools, and internal database management. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and analytical reports using Excel and Power BI Conduct detailed data analysis, cleansing, manipulation, and modelling Utilise Python scripting for automation, transformation, and ETL processes Manage and oversee company-wide database projects , ensuring data accuracy, integrity, organisation, and proper file documentation Perform routine database checks, updates, and optimisation to enhance reliability

Use APIs to integrate and synchronise data between multiple platforms and internal systems Work with CRM data (Go High Level, Salesforce or similar) to produce performance and operational reporting Support internal departments with data-driven insight and reporting requirements

Establish best practices for data governance, documentation, and reporting structure Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of financial concepts or experience in financial services, banking, or investment analysis

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, complex formulas) Proven experience building dashboards using Power BI Proficiency in Python (data manipulation, process automation, ETL scripting) Experience working with APIs , integrating applications, and automating workflows CRM system knowledge, ideally with Go High Level or similar platforms

Experience managing database structure, organisation, and data validation Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and documentation skills

High accuracy and attention to detail in handling multi-source data Professional Attributes
