A little bit about us Founded in 2016, Coding Ninjas is one of the largest online coding EdTech companies in India. Imparting knowledge is of utmost importance to us and it is our mission to bridge the skill gap between colleges and industry. We teach 50,000+ students annually through our online platform with an aim to help college students and working professionals upskill themselves for rewarding employment prospects.
Coding Ninjas was founded by Ankush Singla, Kannu Mittal and Dhawal Parate, dawning from an educational background of IITs and Stanford who bring onboard their rich working experience in companies like Amazon, Facebook, Cars24, and other top startups in India. With our exhaustive learning programs, 1 : 1 mentor support for effective doubt resolution and over 400+ doubts being resolved per hour, our focus lies on crafting learning experiences that equip candidates with learning, application and demonstration of capabilities in the software development domain.
Responsibilities
Your KRAs will be

for higher post-session conversions Launch and scale experiments across marketing channels, partnerships, and sales enablement workflows Monitor data and campaign performance, and define metrics for success across initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, resolve blockers, and execute ideas end-to-end
Requirements
3+ years of experience
in growth, revenue, or product-related roles in the
EdTech
industry (Mandatory) Proven experience in
executing cross-functional projects
that led to measurable revenue outcomes Familiarity with funnel optimization, CRM tools (e.G., LeadSquared, Salesforce), and performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROI) Analytical mindset – ability to derive insights from data and translate them into action Strong communication, ownership, and stakeholder management skills Strategic thinker with a bias for fast execution Comfortable managing ambiguity and dynamically shifting priorities Previous experience launching initiatives independently without heavy supervision Track record of making things happen in a performance-driven culture
