Roles & Responsibilities :

• Deep knowledge in Design, configure, and maintain enterprise Windows & VMware infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex issues involving windows and VMware infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize performance, availability, and capacity.
• Implement and maintain security policies, including ACLs and segmentation.
• Monitor health using tools like SCOM, Orion, vROPS.
• Must have proven experience in enterprise platform management including architecting, integration of multiple Windows & VMware components.
• Monitoring : Monitoring the environment’s uptime and component status.
• Hardware management.
• Building technical and security architecture for Windows & VMware components.
• Lead compliance assessments with the customer on windows & VMware architecture.
• Executing limited POCs, where necessary, or supporting those done by the customer.
• Driving the quality of the on boarding plan (with windows & VMware Services or Partners).

Documenting and sharing technical best practices and insights with product engineering and the global cloud architect community.
