dynamic Growth Manager

to fuel our next phase of growth.

Role Overview We are seeking a

strategic, results-oriented Business Development Manager

who can accelerate revenue, build partnerships, and

engage directly with CMOs, Heads of Sales, and Marketing Decision-Makers . You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, optimizing growth channels, and positioning our services as

essential solutions for B2B enterprises .

Key Responsibilities Growth Strategy & Execution Develop and execute a

comprehensive growth strategy

targeting B2B Marketing and Sales leaders. Identify and optimize key acquisition channels (paid, organic, outbound, partnerships). Create and refine

ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies

to improve deal conversion. Sales & Business Development Prospect, engage, and build relationships with

CMOs, VP Sales, and Marketing Heads . Own the

full sales funnel —from lead generation to deal closure. Work closely with the

content and digital teams

to align messaging with customer needs. Marketing & Demand Generation Leverage

LinkedIn, webinars, thought leadership content, and email marketing

to engage decision-makers. Collaborate with the performance marketing team to

optimize paid campaigns

for demand generation. Drive

customer acquisition and retention

strategies to enhance client lifetime value. Data-Driven Growth Optimization Analyze campaign performance, customer data, and conversion rates to improve engagement. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, HubSpot) to track performance and refine strategies. Identify new

growth hacks, automation, and MarTech

tools to enhance lead generation.

Key Requirements

5+ years experience in B2B growth, sales, or marketing roles .

  • Proven success in selling

B2B marketing services, lead generation, or SaaS solutions .

  • Strong understanding of
  • B2B marketing funnels, ABM, and lead conversion .

  • Ability to engage and sell to
  • Marketing & Sales Decision-Makers

    CMOs, Heads of Growth, etc.).

  • Hands-on experience with
  • CRM, automation tools, LinkedIn outreach, and sales enablement platforms .

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset—strong experience with analytics, lead tracking, and ROI measurement.
