About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales strategy, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
As a BDM, you will be a key player in our go-to-market efforts, working closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align business goals with client needs and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, inbound leads, events, and partnerships
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in target sectors
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new prospectsUnderstand client business needs and propose tailored solutions or service offeringsAct as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure customer satisfactionSales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targetsManage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and deal closurePrepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiationsPartnerships & Alliances
Identify potential channel partners and strategic alliancesEstablish and manage collaborations with industry partners, agencies, and technology providersReporting & Analytics
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and report on key metrics including conversion rates, sales forecasts, and revenue growthUse CRM tools (e.g, Salesforce, HubSpot) to track all interactions and maintain updated client recordsProvide regular feedback to marketing and product teams based on market intelligence and customer feedbackRequired Skills & Qualifications
