We dont train giant models we make them work in the messy, real world. Think real-time voice AI with sub-300ms latency, telephony integrations, multilingual support, and reliability at scale.
What Youll Own :
- Infra & Servers : Manage deployments on AWS / GCP / Azure, Docker, CI / CD, monitoring, scaling.
- Integrations : Connect agents with CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, GoHighLevel), telephony providers (Asterisk, Twilio, Exotel).
- Applied AI Engineering : Work with APIs (Deepgram, Azure, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Gemini).
- Deployment & Reliability : Own production deployments, logging, alerting, and scaling.
What Were Looking For :
3- 5 years experience in backend / full-stack engineering (SaaS / startups).Strong with Node.js / Python, APIs, and cloud infra.Hands-on with Docker, CI / CD, and basic DevOps.Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth integrations.Exposure to OpenAI / Gemini / Deepgram / ElevenLabs or similar APIs.Bonus : Asterisk, WebRTC, Exotel / Twilio, or side projects with voice / AI / chat.Mindset : Pragmatic builder who owns delivery end-to-end, not just tickets.FULL TIME FROM OFFICE
