- Managing team to support New business and retention team in procuring best quotations from the available market
- Prior experience at Placement Team leader will be preferred.
- Develop insurers relationship
- Develop TPA relationship
- Develop relations with HQ underwriters
- Should know technical details of all the product.
- Should be good at negotiation skills
- Eye to detail on drawing RFP
- End to end coordination on policy placement
Qualifications
MBA / Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in related field10 years experience in health and benefits salesDemonstrated achievement in B2B salesExcellent verbal and written communication skills including facilitation of group presentationsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint and Access and industry-specific analysis software.Basic understanding of the insurance industry with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job.Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clientsRequired Experience :
