What will I be doing?

• Assist AR team in day-to-day Billing Tasks requiring Bulk Actions.
• Provide front-line support with regard to all aspects of business-facing applications and troubleshooting to diagnose, isolate, and resolve issues.
• Design, implement, and maintain configurations and customizations of Zuora applications to meet the evolving needs of the business team.
• Serve as internal SME and provide guidance on best practices, using domain knowledge and prior experience.
• Ensure the security and integrity of Zuoras environment by implementing best practices and security measures.
• Configure and manage notifications within Zuora to keep cross-functional teams informed of key events and updates.
• Responsible for the change management and release process of Zuora Billing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of system functionality, customization, and integration.
• Assist Product Teams with Zuora Integrations.
