Job Title : Sales Executive – Government Institutional Business (Medical Equipment)
Required experience-2–4 years
Ctc-upto 3.6 to 7.2 Lpa (Depends on interview)
Working Days- - 6 days (10am to 6pm)
About the Role :
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to drive our Government Institutional Business across Maharashtra. The candidate will focus on promoting and selling medical equipment and devices to government hospitals, medical colleges, ESIC, railways, defence, and other healthcare institutions through direct sales and tender participation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with government hospitals and institutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders — purchase departments, medical superintendents, and procurement officers.
- Track and follow up on tenders, rate contracts, and institutional supply opportunities.
- Coordinate with the back-office and tender teams for document submission, quotations, and approvals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure product demonstrations and presentations as required.
- Provide regular market feedback and competitor analysis.
Requirements :
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in government institutional or medical equipment sales (experience with DGHS, ESIC, Defence, or State Govt. preferred).Strong knowledge of the medical equipment procurement and tender process.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.Ability to travel across Maharashtra as needed.Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or Business preferred.What We Offer :
