Associate Vice President - Product Design

Dream11 is seeking a visionary Associate Vice President - Product Design to lead and inspire our design team. If you have over 10 years of hands-on, high-fidelity product design experience, a proven track record of mentoring designers, and a deep understanding of user-centered principles, you'll drive our design strategy from concept to launch, delivering impactful product outcomes.

Your Role

• Coach & mentor a team of designers, fostering collaboration , providing guidance, and supporting professional growth.
• Oversee the entire design cycle from problem identification to launch, ensuring a user-focused approach.
• Develop and execute quarterly design strategies aligned with business goals and user needs, breaking solutions into actionable agile iterations.
• Analyse various metrics to derive insights & maintain a strategic balance between long-term vision and immediate actions .
• Be hands-on in working with various teams to design concepts & solutions in line with the product vision.
• Work closely with product & tech leads to define goals, and design requirements and ensure alignment. You must be adaptable and deal with some degree of ambiguity & change .
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our products.
• Optimise design operations and continuously refine processes for greater efficiency and impact .
